退貨及退款政策
．訂單貨品將會在付款後3-7個工作天內寄出，並於屆時提供運單追蹤編號（預售貨品及海外送貨訂單除外）。
．海外送貨訂單如總重量超過0.5公斤，本公司客服將以電郵或whatsapp 形式聯絡閣下，通知郵費調整事宜。
．貨品寄出後，如在運送過程中遭受損壞或遺失（包裝妥善及收件地址沒有出錯的情況下），閣下須承擔一切風險。
．如需購買運送保險，請在購買前聯絡本公司客服。
．手製貨品可能存在瑕玼或個體差異，屬正常現象，購買前請先作考慮。
．貨品在未使用及完好狀態下，均設有7天退貨保障（植物及食品除外）。
．如需退貨，請先聯絡本公司客服，閣下須承擔退貨運費。
